Participation

A congress ticket includes visit of one pre-seminar, separate registration is required. The registration for the pre-seminars is only valid in combination with participation of UNITI Mineral Oil Technology Congress 2024.

Cancellation of a congress ticket for the UNITI Mineral Oil Technology Congress 2024 leads automatically to cancellation of registration for pre-seminar. With your pre-seminar registration you agree that your contact information is passed to BASF or NYNAS for organizational purposes.

The number of participants for the pre-seminars is limited.

A congress ticket includes the Pre-Seminars (if registered), beverages, breakfast, lunch, get-together and congress documents (event bag sponsored by Chevron Oronite S.A.S.). The number of participants is limited.

Prior to the event, the participants will receive an invoice which serves as a confirmation of the registration. Cancellation of registration in writing is free of charge until 16 February 2024. After this deadline the entire participation fee must be paid. If you are unable to attend, we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost.
